Niels Schuh advises national and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property law. The focus of his work is on advising and representing clients in national and cross-border patent infringement and related validity litigation, in particular in the fields of telecommunications, electronics and mechanical engineering. When it comes to standard-essential patents, he also advises on competition law aspects (FRAND defense).
