We are delighted to invite you to Meissner Bolte’s IP Days Seminar in Munich, which will begin at lunchtime on Wednesday, September 24th and will run through to our Oktoberfest farewell "hurrah" on September 25th. The IP Days will be held in person.
We shall also be providing access to the sessions after the seminar for all those who will not be able to attend in Munich. If you would like to receive a link to watch any of the sessions after the seminar, please click on the REGISTER button and select “Download page”. We will be making the videos available around two weeks after the seminar.
Highlights of this year’s seminar will include an exploration of the intersection of AI and knowledge management; key updates on design and trademark law within the European Arena as well as successful IP protection and US/European portfolio building for 3D printing.
A running theme of this year’s seminar will focus on one of the most significant developments in European intellectual property law: the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Throughout the two days our speakers will provide first-hand insights into their experiences with the UPC, explore the UPC’s impact on standard-essential patents (SEPs), and discuss strategic opportunities for litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
We look forward to welcoming you with a “Servus” to the capital city of Bavaria, to enjoy our programme filled with thought-provoking content, practical takeaways, as well as the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues at our get-together and Oktoberfest evening.
For the Oktoberfest evening, we have once again reserved, on September 25th, 2025, a sufficient number of seats in one of the most renowned beer tents: THE HAXNBRATEREI.
We recommend booking early, as registrations will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
