The first MARQUES Design Symposium will take place on 29–30 January 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany – and we are pleased to support the event as a sponsor. Under the theme Product Design – From Cradle to Eternity, the symposium gathers international designers, in-house counsel and design law specialists.
Our Head of Trademarks and Designs, Oliver Nilgen, will lead a workshop on Multi-national design registrations. Using the Hague System as a practical example, he will demonstrate how businesses can protect up to 100 designs across 99 countries through a single international application. Together with co-speakers Julian Klagge (Nordemann, Germany) and Teresa Pederzini (Bulgari S.p.A., Italy), he will share practical strategies to ensure smooth and successful international filings.
