Charlotte von Haehling studied law at the University of Passau and works as scientific assistant in the legal department of Meissner Bolte.

She is active in all areas of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, design and competition law. Her activities range from processing case law issues to contributions in contentious proceedings.

Charlotte von Haehling is also involved in Meissner Bolte's academic publishing practice, where she is active as co-author of the UPC script of the FernUniversität Hagen.
