We are pleased to announce that our colleague Dr. Gert Würtenberger has been awarded Honorary Membership of GRUR, one of the highest distinctions in German intellectual property law.
The ceremony at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich honoured his decades of influential contributions to trademark and design law, as well as his exceptional commitment to the IP community.
His dedication is also reflected in more than 20 years of service as Chair of the Plant Variety Committee, during which he has played – and will continue to play – a key role in shaping this field.
We warmly congratulate Dr. Würtenberger on this distinguished recognition and express our sincere appreciation for his ongoing work, which continues to enrich both our firm and the broader IP landscape.
