The United Kingdom has ratified the UPC - even if it seems rather uncertain whether (or how) the UK can stay in the system after Brexit in March 2019. Nonetheless, for the time being only Germany’s ratification - being rather uncertain itself due to the pending constitutional law suit - is missing for the system to enter into force. This means a start of the new system in 2018 or, at least, early 2019 seems at least possible. Intensify your preparations!
